Self Check-in Guide – No Physical Reception
Dear Guests,
Please note that our property does not have a physical reception. To ensure a smooth arrival, you must complete the self-check-in process before accessing your room. Without completing check-in, you will not receive your digital keys and cannot enter the property.
Where to Find Your Check-in Link:
The check-in link is included in your confirmation email and will also be sent in an additional email one day prior to your arrival. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case you do not see it in your inbox.
Steps to Complete Your Self Check-in
Step 1: Verify Your Information
Confirm your personal details to proceed.
Step 2: Add Additional Guests
If you are traveling with others, enter their details.
Step 3: Upload Your Identification and Selfie
For security verification, upload a clear photo of:
- Your passport, driver’s license, or ID card
- A selfie for identity confirmation
Step 4: Insert Your Card Information
Your card will be used for:
- Guarantee purposes
- The environmental fee
Step 5: Check-in Complete
Once all steps are finished, your check-in is successful.
Receiving & Using Your Digital Key
On the day of your arrival at 3:00 PM, you will receive your digital room key through the same check-in link you used earlier.
Opening Your Door: Simply press the digital key, and the door will unlock remotely.
Sharing Access with Other Guests: If you have other guests staying in the same room, simply share the check-in link with them, and they will also receive the digital key.
Requesting a Personal PIN Code
If you prefer a personal PIN code instead of a digital key, you can:
